Shipping & Delivery

David Dylan includes free shipping anywhere within the continental United States. Shipments are sent UPS ground and insured for the full amount of the order. If the package arrives damaged, contact David Dylan within 24 hours of receipt. Provide a photo of the damage and the wrapper that the rug came it. Upon processing of the claim will provide Return Authorization and instructions for returning the rug. As soon as the rug is received by either David Dylan or the manufacturer you will receive a full refund. You will not be charged shipping on return of damaged merchandise.


Privacy & Security

David Dylan Does not share it's mailing list or any customer information with any person or organization outside of David Dylan LLC. Credit Card transactions are secure and are transmitted via SSL on a secure server by Authorize.Net. 

 

Returns & Replacements

At David Dylan you can return your Area Rug for any reason within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, Contact Customer Support toll free at 888-552-1274 or by email: customersupport@daviddylan.com. Customer support will provide a Return Authorization number and return instructions. The Area Rug must be properly wrapped and insured to protect against damage in transit. We recommend returning the rug via UPS or FedEx so that the item can be tracked and covered by the carrier's insurance. Once the item is received at it's destination, you will receive a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping cost. If the rug is defective you will not be charged shipping to return the rug

At David Dylan you can order securely on line using American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. You can also call customer support at our toll free number 888-552-1274 and process a credit card transaction by phone with a customer service representative. You can also mail a check. If the rug is not in stock we will provide expected availability. We will not process your charge until your rug is available.
